Terms and Conditions of Sale

| Freight |
FOB Seller’s shipping point. Freight collect except as allowed in
accordance with Seller’s prepaid requirements. No allowances for
Next Day air freight, Federal Express, or any special shipping
arrangements.

| Minimum Order |
$25.00 NET |
| Terms |
Net 30 Days, a 2% service charge will be applied to all accounts more than 30 days past due. A 3% service Charge is applied to credit card
purchases over 30 days. |
| Claims of Shortages or Variance |
Claims of any nature must be made within 10 days after receipt of goods. Settlements of any claims are at the discretion of Seller. |
| Returns |
An RGA must be obtained when goods are returned. Credit will only be issued for material returned in saleable condition. A 20% restocking fee will apply. Return freight is at buyer’s expense. |
| Confirmations |
All orders are subject to acceptance by Seller. Possession of literature does not entitle entity to purchase products. |
| Warranty |
Seller warrants that it’s products and materials shall be free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service. The sellers
liability and the purchaser’s remedies shall be limited to the replacement of or repair of goods purchased. The seller may, at its options, refund purchase price.
The seller and manufacturer shall in no event be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages. All other warranties, express or implied, including without limitation any broader warranty of merchantability and/or any warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, are excluded by and for both seller and manufacturer. |

| Cancellation |
All orders for special hose and custom assemblies are
non-cancelable and non-returnable. |
